International HR and Immigration
Manages approximately 30 employer-sponsored immigration petitions a year — including H-1B, O-1, and J-1 categories — for international hires and researchers, plus the employment-documentation and immigration processes she built earlier while directing HR for a foreign government's U.S. delegation.
Research & Technical Talent Operations
Serves as the primary HR partner for roughly 70 faculty, researchers, postdoctoral scholars, graduate assistants, and student employees across multiple research units, handling around 1,500 HR transactions a year.
Employee Experience and Compliance
Administers compensation, payroll, and Workday transactions, advises leadership and staff on HR policy and regulatory compliance, and serves as a trusted advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution.
